YJC-120/25/63 household AC contactor (hereinafter referred to as the contactor) is mainly suitable for use in power systems with AC 50Hz (or 60Hz) rated working voltage of 230V. Under the AC-7a usage category, it is used as a remote switch and main circuit control in circuits with rated working voltage up to 230V and rated working current of 63A. This product is mainly used for controlling low inductance loads and household motor loads in household appliances and similar applications.
This product complies with GB17885 and IEC1095 standards.

Scope of use

YJC-120/25/63 household AC contactor (hereinafter referred to as the contactor) is mainly suitable for use in power systems with AC 50Hz (or 60Hz) rated working voltage of 230V. Under the AC-7a usage category, it is used as a remote switch and main circuit control in circuits with rated working voltage up to 230V and rated working current of 63A. This product is mainly used for controlling low inductance loads and household motor loads in household appliances and similar applications.

This product complies with GB17885 and IEC1095 standards.

Normal working conditions and installation conditions

The surrounding air humidity is:- 5 ℃ -+40 ℃, with an average value not exceeding+35 ℃ within 24 hours

The altitude shall not exceed 2000m.

The relative humidity of the air at the installation site under atmospheric conditions should not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of+40 ℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, and the average minimum temperature in the wettest month should not exceed+25 ℃. The average maximum relative humidity for that month should not exceed 90%, taking into account condensation on the product surface due to temperature changes.

Pollution level: Pollution level 2

Installation category: for installation category III

Installation method: The TH35-7.5 type installation rail with a “top cap” cross-section is used.

Action (operation) conditions

Apply the rated control power supply voltage Us to the contactor suction coil within the range of -5 ℃ -+40 ℃ in the surrounding air temperature, so that it heats up to a stable state. The contactor can reliably close at any voltage within the range of (80% -110%) Us, and its release voltage is neither higher than 75% Us nor lower than 20% Us.
