YJQG digital self resetting overvoltage and undervoltage delay protector is a new generation product developed by our company according to market demand. The protector is designed reasonably and assembled with imported and domestic components, using advanced manufacturing techniques. The product can quickly and reliably cut off the power supply under high voltage impact and undervoltage conditions, protecting household appliances. When the voltage returns to normal, after a delay, it can automatically connect the circuit and restore power supply, effectively protecting appliances from the impact of momentary power on. All functions are fully automated, without the need for dedicated personnel to operate, and three light indicators are selected.

Product Features

A digital overvoltage and undervoltage delay protector, comprising a protector body, the protector body including a base, with wiring ports on both ends of the base, a control substrate installed in the center of the base, and wiring sockets on both ends of the control substrate. One end of the base is connected to a top cover, and screws are installed on both ends of the top cover surface. An LED display screen is installed on the center of the top cover surface, and a status display light is installed on the bottom end of the LED display screen. The inner side of the top cover has screw ports on both ends, and a fixing groove is provided on both ends of the inner middle of the top cover.

This product installs LED display screens and status indicator lights on the surface of the protector body, allowing it to more intuitively see the internal power situation. The wiring socket installed in the wiring port facilitates users to observe the connection between the wiring socket and the control board, while the slots and buckles on both sides of the base and top cover can be movable and fixed.

The product takes the circuit power supply as input, connects the voltage sampling circuit to detect and sample the voltage, and converts it into digital quantity to be sent to the microprocessor. After the microprocessor judges the collected voltage and the overvoltage and undervoltage setting values, it drives the magnetic holding relay through the driving circuit to turn on and off the main circuit. So as to ensure that residential user devices work normally when the grid voltage is normal, automatically disconnect user devices when overvoltage or undervoltage occurs, and automatically connect the main circuit when the power supply voltage is restored.
