Scope application
The YJ1 series DC surge protector is suitable for preventing damage to DC power systems and electrical equipment caused by lightning overvoltage and transient overvoltage, and protecting the safety of equipment and users. Widely used for DC power protection in photovoltaic power generation systems, mobile communication base stations, microwave communication bureaus (stations), telecommunications rooms, factories, civil aviation, finance, securities and other systems.
The DC surge protector adopts temperature controlled circuit breaker technology and is equipped with an overcurrent protection circuit, completely avoiding fire hazards caused by the surge protector’s own heating; And using well-known components and advanced production processes, it is only used for various DC power systems, such as DC distribution panels, DC power supply equipment, DC distribution boxes, electronic information system cabinets, and output terminals of secondary power equipment.

Installation instructions
Before installation, the power must be cut off and live operation is strictly prohibited.
Suggest connecting fuses or automatic circuit breakers in series at the front end of the lightning protection module.
Please connect according to the installation diagram during installation, where+is the positive wire, – is the negative wire, and PE is the ground wire. Do not connect them incorrectly. After installation, close the automatic circuit breaker (fuse) switch,
Check if the working status is normal.
After installation, insert the module into place and check if the lightning protection module is working properly.
During use, the lightning protection module should be regularly checked and the status of the fault display window should be checked. When the fault display window is red or the remote signaling terminal outputs an alarm signal, it indicates that the lightning protection module has malfunctioned and should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
