When there is a short circuit fault in the power line, the current of the protected line exceeds the rated current, the line is overvoltage or undervoltage, and the cable temperature is too high when a fault arc occurs, traditional circuit breakers, air switches, and monitoring equipment cannot detect the fault arc or fault, and cannot quickly cut off the power supply, which can easily cause fires and have a short service life.
Based on these existing unsafe factors, our R&D team has developed a new type of online electrical fire and current limiting protection device – electrical fire and current limiting protector/smart electricity protector. When a short circuit fault occurs, it can quickly limit the short circuit current at microsecond level to achieve electrical safety protection, significantly reducing the occurrence of electrical fire accidents and ensuring the safety of personnel and property in the use area.

Product Features and Applications
This product is mainly used to monitor the fault arc, leakage, contact temperature, current, voltage, voltage frequency, power, electricity and other data of the protected distribution circuit. All detection information can be displayed on the device LCD display.
This product has a reasonable volume size design and adopts a standard guide rail installation method, which can be easily installed inside the distribution box. Effectively monitor electrical safety hazards such as sparking, temperature exceeding limits, leakage or overload caused by electrical circuit or equipment failures, aging and damaged insulation layers, humid air, loose electrical connections, etc.
Widely applicable to modern large-scale buildings, public gathering place buildings, and first-class high-rise buildings; In low voltage line places such as shopping malls, sports halls, auditoriums, theaters, large hospitals, schools, subway and large enterprise factories.
PRODUCT FUNCTION
1) Short circuit current limiting: When a short circuit fault occurs in the circuit, it can achieve fast current limiting protection within 150us, suppressing electrical fire accidents caused by excessive short circuit current.
2) Overload current limiting: When the current of the protected line exceeds the rated current, the line is overloaded and the overload duration exceeds the set time (0-60s), the protector performs current limiting protection, and the overload threshold can be pre-set.
3) Over temperature current limiting: When the temperature of the internal components of the protector exceeds the set warning value, the product will activate the warning function. When it exceeds the set warning value by 20 ℃, the over temperature current limiting protection function will be activated to prevent product damage caused by high temperature. The warning threshold can be pre-set.
4) Overvoltage protection: When the protector detects overvoltage in the line and exceeds the set warning value, the product activates the warning function. When it exceeds the set warning value of 13V, the protector emits an audible and visual alarm signal and activates the overvoltage current limiting protection function. Warning thresholds can be pre-set.
5) Undervoltage protection: When the protector detects that the line voltage is under voltage and exceeds the set warning value, the product will activate the warning function. When it exceeds the set warning value of 10V, the protector will emit an audible and visual alarm signal and activate the overvoltage current limiting protection function. Warning thresholds can be pre-set.
6) Leakage current monitoring: When the leakage of the monitored line exceeds the alarm set value, the protector emits an audible and visual alarm signal, and can pre-set whether to activate current limiting protection. Alarm thresholds can be pre-set.
7) Electricity measurement function: It can real-time calculate the electricity consumption of the installation circuit of the equipment, and can be reset locally and remotely.
8) Communication function: This product can communicate with the upper control system through RS485 serial bus, and can upload the detected line status in real time. It can also reset the alarm of the lower intelligent power protection device through the upper control system, set the alarm threshold, and remotely control the closing and opening of the circuit, achieving intelligent unified control and management. Data can also be directed to IP address modification through device buttons, and directly sent to designated third-party monitoring software or platforms. (Note: The 485 communication cable cannot be reversed).
9) Mute function: eliminate alarm sounds; When a product detects a malfunction, it will sound an audible and visual alarm. The alarm sound can be eliminated by pressing the mute button on the panel, and the alarm light status will remain unchanged after silencing.
10) Test function: Confirm whether the product function is normal; When the product is in a no alarm state, press and hold this button for 5 seconds to enter the alarm state. Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds to reset the product to its normal working state. Do not perform opening action during testing.
11) Reset function: This product has a reset function; If the product detects a fault in the circuit, it will sound and light an alarm. After eliminating the cause of the fault in the circuit, the product can be reset by long pressing the reset button for 5 seconds. With a beep sound, the product is successfully reset, eliminating the product alarm state.
12) Self check function: After the device is connected to the network, it performs a fixed self check every month (in TCP state, the system performs a self check once every month at 00:05 on the 1st day, and the self check process does not disconnect)
13) Remote control function: This product has a remote disconnection function, which can control the connected equipment to perform disconnection actions through DC24V fire signal, achieving the function of fire linkage.
